The Indie Film Loop Workloop to bring a community of film-makers together throughout the entire film-making process

Indie Film Loop: Workloop

THE WORKLOOP

The WORKLOOP is the Indie Film Loop’s way of engaging the creative film community throughout the Southeast region in a new, fun and exciting way! It’s where we take the entire film-making process, break it down into several different workshops and build a Film out of it based on the winning entrants. It’s an experience in collaborative competition and allows some of the best up and coming talents to rise to the occasion!

March 28th Spring Kickoff Rooftop Event Success!

An Indie Film Loop Event

First, We would like to thank all of you who came out to support the Indie Film Loop’s Spring Kick-Off Rooftop Event on Saturday March 28th at the Odd Fellows Building on Auburn st! Even though it got to cold to stay on the roof, we were able to take the event inside where we had a wonderful time with high energy performances throughout the night. Judging from the positive responses that poured in that night and still to this day, you all enjoyed it more so than we did and that’s GREAT!

Congrats to our monologue competition winner, Sosa Idahosa, who won with a captivating illustration of drama through speech and performance. Michael Sokol and his students from Highwire Comedy Co. performed a crowd pleasing skit while BMoney and Philly Boy ended the night with a song and spoken word respectively! We also got some great inspiration from a Dorian Santiago, a wonderful writer, about his book and new calling. So, again we Thank You for being apart of it all!
