For everyone who participated, we THANK YOU! We have received a lot of great reviews about the experience and opportunity in general to be able to showcase your talents not only in front of us but in front of a full live audience as well. It was said to be something very different from the norm and we definitely plan on continually doing the same type of things as we continue to expand our events.
Monologue Competition WINNER
We would like to Congratulate Sosa on winning our monologue competition! He was able to capture and convince the audience with a dramatic performances that lead the judges to a unanimous decision to put him in the top 3. From their, the audience felt the same way and awarded him the victory and $125 in CASH!
As a surprise announcement, we also announced that he would be the star of our next film which will be built out of our collaborative community initiative called the Workloop. The workloop is where we take the entire film-making process, make a challenge out of it and the top creatives within each challenge will move their work to the next phase of production. The final winning pieces of work will be displayed as a whole at the Cobb Galleria Centre, this August during our Indie Film Loop: Film Conference & Creative Showcase for the entire industry to see!
