June’s event will be geared for the people who make actors look GOOD… and UGLY! We want to put talented actors in the scene with special effects artist, wardrobe designers and more to create a captivating visual for attendees to enjoy and admire.
THEME: SFX Artist & Actor Monologue Competition, Wardrobe Designers, Stylist & Prop Designers Showcase

MONOLOGUE COMPETITION
Yep, it’s BACK! You will literally have only 60secs to show the audience and crowd how great of an actor you are! WINNER will receive $100, Complimentary Access Passes to the Indie Film Loop Conference & will also be chosen as one of the Showcasing Actors for the weekend! NOTE: If you have submitted a monologue video before, or been showcased, we ask that you choose a different monologue each time you submit. That way we can keep it our showcases fresh and as an actor, you get to always fine tune your craft by trying something new.
THEMED SFX COMPETITION
Something new that we are introducing and you can be in a team or by yourself! We are calling it “Out Of The Box!” Special effects Make Up Artist will have the opportunity to create something based on the theme that we give you only get to use the items you have in your little box of supplies. Our judges will then choose the most creative artist to Win a Special Supply Kit Sponsored by a local Supply Shop! Winner will also receive Complimentary Access Passes to the Indie Film Loop Conference & will also be chosen as one of the Showcasing Actors for the weekend!

*ENTRY FEES: Their are no entry fees associated with our Monthly Competitions but, so that we can keep things going and are able to award prizes, secure locations, etc. we ask that ALL event attendees have pay the door fee of $10. Competition participants will never have to pay over $10.
*Screening Process: Click Below to Submit your video monologue and samples of your SFX work. Those selected to be in the Competition will be notified a week before our June 6th event.

What Is The LOOP Event
The Loop is the Indie Film Loop’s Monthly Film Industry Themed Showcase Mixer where creatives throughout the entire film-making process get to showcase & compete in front of a LIVE Audience and other industry professionals seeking their talents!
We are building a premiere platform for YOU to be discovered, network, learn, and be entertained! Plus, it all leads up to our big Indie Film Loop Film Conference & Creative Showcase this August at the Cobb Galleria this August 7, 8, & 9 in Atlanta, GA.!
